we want to get to know your story. we want to tell your story. we want to get to know you as well as you’ll let us, and as much as we can in the little time we have till your wedding day. we have no interest in making you a wedding film that we made someone else.  we do what we do because you are unique. and we feel we can uniquely tell your story for you, for those who know you and love you, and for those who don’t but soon will.  we are focused on love.  not on your venue.  not on your cake.  not on your centerpieces.  we love those things, but we feel that’s not what makes you, you.  your wedding film will be a personalized representation of what we saw on your wedding, and hopefully portray the emotions felt for those who witnessed you and your fiance’s love. we need your trust in order to give you our best work.

do you travel for weddings?
yes we travel for weddings. in fact, we LOVE to travel for weddings.  please inquire for our destination wedding rates – packages start at $4,500. destination locations are outside of the southern california area.

how does the booking process go?
after you decide what package you want, we will send over a contract for you to review and sign. you just send that back to us with a 50% retainer fee/deposit to reserve your date along with a signed contract.  the remaining balance is due at least 2 weeks before your wedding day.

how long does it take to see my wedding film?
our turn around time is roughly 6-10 weeks after your wedding day.

will I be mic’d during our ceremony?
only the groom and officiant will be mic’d for the ceremony.

is tax included in the listed package price?
yes.

when will you arrive on our wedding day?
you tell us! closer to your wedding day, we will email you asking you to fill out our “wedding day info” sheet, and what time to be where, etc.

do we have to feed you?
we ask that you have a meal for us to eat when you are eating, so we don’t miss anything. but please note, that if you don’t have food for us, we will need to go and grab something during your reception.

how can we pay you?
we take checks and cash. checks made out to Paperback Weddings.
